Joe Russo, the "Infinity War" director and University of Iowa Alumni, visited a High School in Iowa City, IA and fielded many questions about filmmaking and shared his opinion on whether people should go to film school:

In 1990, he saw Martin Scorsese's critically lauded gangster film "Goodfellas" four times in one week, he said.

"When people ask me if they should go to film school, I say, 'No, just watch "Goodfellas" a bunch of times,'" Russo joked.
He may be joking but what do you think? Is Film School worth it? And do you think he's funny? :)
