I highly recommend UCLA’s Professional Program. It’s a year long certificate program taught by UCLA professors but it’s separate from the actual school. Classes are online or in person (covid permitting) and they have dedicated tracks like writing for television comedy or drama, a late night...
You’re welcome!
There’s definitely a certain level of overlap in terms of the writing courses because theres only so many ways you can teach the same structure. But so far it’s been really beneficial and I already feel like a stronger writer. But the program also has a lot of other classes that...
From what I remember is a really casual interview. They usually ask why you chose Chapman/the program and what you’re watching right now on tv. I vaguely remember also being asked if I was working on anything currently.
Prior to starting I did my undergrad in screenweiting and took a UCLA...
I’m happy to help, especially a fellow Titan!

As far meeting with...
Email them! I emailed them yesterday of my mistake and they gave me options on how to fix the formatting issues. But you have to do it by tomorrow so you don't miss the deadline.

Did you audit or take any classes outside of your editing discipline?

I know part of the MFA...
