Withoutabox.com is so useful for sending out your movies to festivals. The only thing you can really do is market yourself, and makes sure that as many people as possible see you and your work. If you go to a film festival, be social and introduce yourself. You never know who you're going to meet.
Don't forget to try Ringling College of Art and Design in florida. They're known for their animation and cgi departments, mostly in conjunction with Pixar, who hand picks their students from this campus. They do have a film program, which is nearly identical to that of FSU. They also have a RED...
