Hi everybody! Somewhere Nowhere is my graduation film for the Bachelor’s program at ArtEZ University of the Arts in the Netherlands. It’s not a traditional film school, but more of an art academy that focuses heavily on the theoretical aspects of film.
Because of budget and time constraints, I wasn’t able to make the film based on my original script. About two months before my graduation, I had to come up with a similar, more budget-friendly idea and that’s how this film came to be.
The film premiered at the Student World Impact Film Festival in 2022, where it received a Special Mention.
