The application process was great. It really challenged me to ask — why do I want to be a producer and why the Peter Stark Producing Program. I loved it!
The application process has been intense but meaningful (USC Graduate application + Slideroom - personal statement, introduction video, 3 letters of recommendation, CV).
Good. 10 questions, a video introduction, plus the USC Graduate application. It took me about a day to do everything. 3 letters of recommendation as well.
Two different applications (one general USC one and one Slideroom app with all your supplements).

I found the application itself for this program kind of tough! They ask 10 short-answer questions with strict character limits. I'm a naturally talkative person and found that I really struggled to provide comprehensive answers in the amount of characters provided. Most of my time spent on this...
Applied last year and didn't feel great about my application. My first time around, I was trying way to hard to be the student they wanted to admit that I lost my voice in all my essay responses. This time, I gave myself permission to be more creative and vulnerable in the application as a...
I'm pretty verbose by nature, so the character limits were tough. Other than that, I found the application pretty straightforward. I applied to more than one program, and they do ask you to rank them in order of preference.
Long essay process, but it was easy. Took a while to figure out exactly what to write, but I ultimately just wrote about myself and my experiences honestly.
So far so good! It basically took me a year to get all my essays polished with dozens of rewrites. Managed to get everything good about a week before the due date so had a little room for error. My references cut it close, but after a little nudging they also got their references in on time as...
Process was pretty straight forward. Had a great time at the interview - everyone was really nice, it was very conversational. Currently waiting on scholarship offer.
The application procedure was great. I felt the questions were oriented in more personal approach

In general, it's pretty ok. If you planned, you can do it all! don't worry. But for my, speaking as someone with anxiety, it's being pretty stressful. I worry if what I did is not good enough and I spend the whole day checking my email to see if I get a interview.
