Hello everyone,
After being rejected by nearly all other california grad film schools in a span of 3 years, i applied to calstate la mfa program in tv film theater; the writing option. The deadline has passed and I am waiting for notification from them. The best applicants get an interview via skype, so there is a two part process. Anyway, did anyone else apply to this program for fall 2018?

So, a little update. I was interviewed via skype yesterday. It took all of 7 minutes! They asked 4 questions and man, were they odd. They asked, "where do i see myself in 10 years.?" "how did i spend the day before?" "what types of genres did i like?" "when was the last time i wrote and what was it?" it was awkward on my end, but that's me, always awkward. Anyway, i don't feel confident about my chances. I seen who i was up against and let's just say, i'm wayyyy out of my league. i'll update when i get a decision from them.;)
