Good luck! Congrats! And don't give up! Application results are coming in. Be sure to add or update your Applications in our tracker so that the site has the best data on these programs.


I've added the following new application status prefixes:

Applied​

  • Applied
  • Interview Scheduled
  • Interviewed

Admitted​

  • Admitted (After Interview)
  • Admitted (Without Interview)
  • Declined Admission (After Interview)
  • Declined Admission (Without Interview)
  • Attending (Accepted After Interview)
  • Attending (Accepted Without Interview)

Waitlisted​

  • Waitlisted (After Interview)
  • Waitlisted (Without Interview)
  • Admitted Off Waitlist (After Interview)
  • Admitted Off Waitlist (Without Interview)
  • Declined Admission (Off Waitlist After Interview)
  • Declined Admission (Off Waitlist Without Interview)
  • Attending (Off Waitlist After Interview)
  • Attending (Off Waitlist Without Interview)

Denied​

  • Denied (After Interview)
  • Denied (Without Interview)
Also the following option choices have been added:
  • County (Pulldown menu of choices)
  • Age (Pulldown menu of range choices)
  • Film Experience (yes/no)
  • Film Related Undergrad (yes/no)
  • Scholarship Awarded (Pulldown menu of $$ range choices)
Please update your Applications with as much info as possible. This data will then be tabulated and displayed on our new Acceptance Data pages such as here:


We will also be using application data from our database to add the following info on that page:
  • % Admitted off wait-list (using new wait-list status prefixes)
  • % Admitted who were interviewed (using status prefixes)

We will also be using application data from our database to add the following info on that page:

We'll also be having a chart that compares the amount of Applications admitted without interview to with interview for a program.

For up to date Film School Acceptance Rates, including Minimum GPAs, Minimum Test Scores, After Interview and Off-Waitlist Acceptance Rates, Film Experience and Undergraduate degrees of accepted applicants, Age data, and other acceptance statistics for your film program of choice simply navigate to the Acceptance Rates tab on each film school's page in our Film School Database.
