Walks to get unstuck. Music only if it's in the right theme of the world of the piece.
Silence works for me, but I also do well with ambient chatter, so sometimes to block out distracting noises (roommate talking on the phone, for example, or the TV) I put on coffee shop ambience from this site: Coffitivity
