Excellent list, Chris! I recommend "Four Daughters" for its unique blend of realism and surrealism, masterfully intertwined in a documentary-fiction approach. It's nominated in the documentary category but was also shortlisted for the international category.

Watching Anatomy of a Fall tonight. :)
Finally finished it. Lol it's hard with kids and only having like a 45 minute window to watch something you want to watch without being destroyed and tired the next day.

It was pretty good. I was expecting a twist ending though I must admit.

Saw Civil War last night. It was pretty great. Very well done. Extremely cinematic. Wonderful editing and sound design. Very immersive. Highly recommend.

I realized afterwards that it was the same director as 28 Days Later and it makes so much sense. Very similar in terms of style.

I frustratingly fell asleep during All of Us Strangers (listen, it was late, dark & quiet) and by the time I woke up, the whole theater was crying. Needless to say, it's on my list to watch again.
