Help Managing Subscription

Hey there!

This article here (How do I cancel my recurring Supporting Membership subscription?) shows the steps to cancel a subscription.

When I follow those steps it shows I have no active subscription. However when I look at my credit card statement it appears I'm still getting charged:

I'm curious if someone could take a look? Thank you!

I see in the forum under my name it shows me as a "Supporter".

Here's a screenshot showing my Account Upgrades page, I'm not seeing a cancellation option:

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with canceling. This is a bug that sometimes happens, unfortunately. I can cancel it for you now. Sometimes that bug happens and sadly it occurs so randomly we haven't been able to figure out how to fix it for good yet.

If anyone else has this problem just send me a direct message or contact me in any way and I can cancel it. If it's working properly there should be a cancel button on this page:

I have added a Your Account button that is more prominent on desktop here:


I've also added a more prominent cancel button.



I hope everyone likes these new hopefully more user friendly changes.
