SO IM HAVING TROUBLE FINISHING MY SCREENPLAY.
  • ITS ABOUT THIS GROUP THAT VENTURE INTO A HIDDEN TUNNEL JUST FOR CURIOSITY AND FUN UNTIL ONE OF THEM ENDS UP MISSING INSIDE ... AS THEY SEARCH FOR HIM , THEY FIND OUT THE TUNNELS AREN'T WHAT THEY SEEM ... AND THEY MAY NOT BE ALONE ...
THE THING IS ... IM HAVING TROUBLE WITH HOW I SHOULD TRANSITION MY SCENE INTO THE SCENE WHERE I INTRODUCE MY MAIN FEMALE CHARACTER ... THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN . YES ... WE'RE ONLY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE FOLKS . A NEWLYWED COUPLE JUST LEFT THEIR RECEPTION AND ARE STARTING THEIR HONEYMOON OFF IN THE WOODS ...

THIS IS THE SCENE IM REFFERING TO ...

EXT. WOODS PARKING LOT - MOMENTS LATER
Jerry and Claire pull into a parking lot clearing and stop the car. Claire looks around, confused.
CLAIRE
Where are we?
Jerry turns the car off.
JERRY
There's supposed to be some sort of majestic lake through these woods. Guy I met at the pub told me he and his girly took a visit - says it was the most beautiful thing they'd ever saw. I figured that can't be right, I'm marrying the most beautiful thing in the world...so I figured we come here together to prove 'em wrong.
Jerry kisses Claire's hand.
CLAIRE
A lake...We came all the way out here for a lake?
JERRY
Well it's only the beginning. The real honeymoon starts after.
CLAIRE
Why so far, though? Aren't there like plenty of lakes close to home or something?
JERRY
Guy said no one really knows about this one. It's a hidden gem - perfect for honeymooners. There is a bit of a tunnel we have to pass through first, though.
CLAIRE
uninterested
A tunnel - are you serious? Babe....
JERRY
What? He said it wasn't far , just a couple minute walk and we're there.
CLAIRE
Is this what you had me pack that extra outfit for?
JERRY
Yep!
Claire HISSES, shakes her head, and folds her arms - looking away.
CLAIRE
You are something else. Okay, what about bats...bears...ya know, outdoor animals? What do we do if we run into one?
Jerry looks Claire in the eyes and caresses her thigh.
JERRY
Don't worry...I got this.

NOW MY HORROR FANATICS ... WHICH ROUTE WOULD BE BETTER ?

  1. QUICK CUT TO JERRY RUNNING THROUGH THE TUNNELS ALONE WITH A TORCH SCARED ?
OR
  1. HAVE THEM FIND THE TUNNEL , FADE TO BLACK SCREEN AS THEY GO INSIDE AND LET THE TITLE FADE IN ?

ONCE THE SCENE FINISHES , WE'LL CUT TO A SLEEPING BEAUTY IN HER BED AND THATS WHEN OUR REAL STORY TAKES PLACE !!!

SO TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK ? HELP ME MAKE A GREAT HORROR MOVIE FOR US ALL ! LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR ANSWERS .
