How to find applications in database with portfolios attached?

@Chris W Hi Chris, I'm searching for personal statements and portfolios in the applications section but I don't see them anywhere. Am I looking in the right place?
Not every application has attached them but there is a checkmark that users are supposed to select when they attach them so you should be able to filter for it.

Here's a guide on how to use our database as well.

I did select the checkboxes but when I open the application page, I don't see any attachments.

This is what I see. And I can't click on anything.

Ahh that's someone who selected the boxes but actually didn't attach anything or have since removed. Probably the former.

I go through and occasionally remove the ones that are selected wrong.

Thank you so much, Chris, for all your incredible work. It is honestly impressive, this site and all that you are doing. I cannot thank you enough for it!
I have one question - I know that as a member, I can see the application material that students have submitted while applying - things like the portfolio, essays, etc. But I can't seem to find that option. Can you please point me in the right direction?

If on mobile there's a little filter icon on the applications page and on desktop there are filters on the left side. You can select the applications that included portfolio work there. Unfortunately not everyone who selects those checkmarks when logging their application actually attaches or pastes their portfolio. But a lot do. I'll try and go through and clean it up later today.

Here's the filter icon on mobile:
