How to write a decline of acceptance letter?

Hey guys,
Hope everyone is doing well and moving forward during these times as we get through them and look towards our path to film school! So, I have decided on which school I will be attending in the fall. However, this means I now have to regretfully let the other schools I got into know that I will have to decline their offer. What is the best way to go about this? Anyone have a good template for how to write this? Never thought I'd have to turn down offers from some truly exceptional programs. I am so happy with my choice and I'm sure the two other programs I got into are fantastic as well. Cheers everyone!
