Some of the UCLA professional programs for writing are online

UCLA - Professional Programs

UCLA's graduate-level, non-credit Professional Program has filmmaking courses taught by UCLA TFT staff. This film certificate program is more competitive than UCLA Extension. Directing: Learn the art of directing by exploring emerging film industry technologies and current narrative techniques...

NYFA has some too.

People who spend that kind of money are dissuaded from attending film school, and you're doing so online?
I can totally understand the need you feel for it, but honestly, don't. $30,000 is a lot of money, probably the budget of one mini feature or 4 REALLY good shorts (if you're making in India). You'd end up learning way more this way than by spending all of it on a university, that too online.
Watch lotsss of films, read as many scripts as you can, read books (fiction that exudes storytelling and books on filmmaking even), analyse all this material, and start writing whatever comes to mind.

So much of the value of film school comes with the social element in terms of connections but also collaboration with your peers and you will likely miss that with an online program. I’m not usually the type to say that that money is better spent on making some films but in this case I wonder if it is?
