Hello! I applied for the MA in Cinematography but I got into AFI so it is unlikely I will be pursuing NFTS. What track have you applied for?

Hi! Congratulations! AFI is terrific, I was considering to apply there too, but I wouldn't be able to afford it(
I applied for directing fiction. Not much hope, but I still wanted to give it a shot.My short movie is awful(

Hi all,

Applied for the MA in Editing, have absolutely no expectation on getting anything other than outright rejection.

Does anyone know for sure when we'll be hearing back? I've seen the beginning of June being mentioned but just wondered where that had come from,

Hi Bighead, I also applied for MA Editing!
Let's stay positive :) I think the results for the first step will arrive in the first week of June- that's what I figure out reading the threads from the past years.

Good luck everyone!

Hi Aerial,

Great to meet someone who applied for the course! I like your positivity.

Did you go to the open day?

Best of luck everyone

I applied for the MA in Producing, I thought the application itself was quite fun to do but no idea if it's what they were looking for.

The first week of June still seems a long way off...

No, I couldn't make it to the open day, sadly.

But I had some pretty intense time with the montage for the application...!

Ah, I'd just wondered if we'd crossed paths.

Yea, that montage took me ages! How did you find editing the short film? It was my first time cutting fiction so I have no clue how I did but I really enjoyed it

Yeah, that was really fun! The longer I was working on it, the more I liked those two.
What was the subject of your montage (if you don't mind sharing it)?
