Not sure. But here's an infamous application on the site re scholarships. They got a full ride to AFI and ended up taking that. USC wouldn't match.

FINAL UPDATE: Well, this turned into some wacky ass shit, huh? After three years of applying and putting like all my future into USC, I finally got in...and now I'm going to be left turning them down, as AFI (the only other school I applied for)...

I got accepted last year but couldn't go
Got the e-mail on feb 28, the letter was dated feb 25th
I reapplied this year and had my interview on jan 15th
I haven't heard anything back yet
Does this mean I am not in?

got the email on the 2nd (only saw it on the 3rd).
the letter was dated 28th feb as well, so looking at prev years I'm guessing that was just the first wave with more to come

Yes, USC doesn't require an interview like some other schools do. So you still have a chance even if you didn't get one!

I got my acceptance on the 2nd. So my guess is waitlists should be going out pretty soon, if they aren't out already.
