USC SCA Film & Television Production 2024

Does anybody know when scholarship notifications come out / if they already did?
I have not received any info about scholarships yet - but I did receive an email from FAFSA saying they're going to start processing applications in early March, and then they will send that info to the schools you listed on your FAFSA, at which point the schools will determine how much aid you're eligible for and then send you info about financial aid.

I might totally have that wrong, I'm not an expert in FAFSA or financial aid, but that's my understanding of it.

Did anyone who got accepted receive a deadline to submit your statement of intent in the offer letter? Mine didn't have that info anywhere and I'm still waiting to hear back on other schools, so I haven't submitted my SOI yet. I emailed them to ask but just curious if anyone else had a deadline in their letter?

Congrats! if you choose yes on your intent (without submitting it) you will see a deadline poping up (sometime in April). But it's a good idea to email them just to confirm.

Been lurking this forum from the beginning haha. I also got the decision email at 12:45am Tuesday I'm so excited! I've been the first person in my family to go to undergrad and now potentially grad as well :)
Just waiting to hear on financial aid before I confirm - If you've only submitted FAFSA to USC is there anything else you need to do for them to determine an aid offer? Based on FAFSA measurements I'm pretty eligible for max assistance, hoping USC will take that in sometime in March. Congrats to everyone on here, and good luck for those still waiting <3333 !!!

I am very confused as well about this process, but recently emailed them. Hopefully more info soon! Don't want to miss deadlines lmaoo

Reminder that we're interviewing USC tomorrow. Last chance to get your questions in:

Not sure if this helps, but when you apply you should have applied for scholarships. You either know immediately when you're admitted if you got certain scholarships which is a very small amount, or they let you know before the fall. Also sometimes you don't get them but if you applied and you really want one, just bug Student Services over the summer, lots of things happen, they have lots of scholarships, and sometimes you get lucky and you'll get one. I wouldn't bank on scholarships to start but they are available.

Just had an email to say I've been waitlisted! :)
