When do next year's Application Requirement get released?

Hi! I'm making this post to ask about when film schools will generally finalize their requirements for the creative portfolio & supplements for the upcoming year of admissions! For example, NYU has their 2022-23 requirements posted already, but Chapman University still has ones from 2021-2022... Thanks in advance!

I messaged Chapman to find out but from recollection I think most programs have all their dates, portfolio, and application requirements posted by sometime in August. That's usually when I can start updating the deadlines here on the site.

Chapman got back to me:

The application questions and portfolio requirements will be out in early August, along with the Common App. Although they are similar each year, we cannot guarantee they will be the same every year so you'd have to wait until those requirements are released in early August.
