@Kristi H. Congratulations! This morning I received a rejection email from NYU. I knew it was coming since I wasn't invited to interview, but still—it wasn't a great way to start my day. BUT I just got a call from UCLA and learned that I've been admitted! What a rollercoaster.- Megan

USC MFA Fall 2016 Applicants
The waiting is killing me. Looking at last year's spreadsheet, it looks like decisions were handed out at the end of February. When I had my interview a couple of weeks ago, she said it would be "a while" before I heard anything. And various people here have said mid-March or late April. I wish...- Megan

Congrats! My interviewer said it would be "a while before you hear anything". I wanted to ask what exactly that meant, but I didn't want to push too much so I didn't ask. Do you know anything else about how the process works? Do they do formal interviews next? Or just make decisions?- Megan

Do you guys know if USC always interviews applicants or if they admit some without interviews? I swear during one of the webinars they said that they don't do interviews, but looking at the spreadsheet from last year, it looks like they interviewed some people.- Megan
