    Catherine Dillet: The emails mostly go out by mid-Feb I think. Last year I got the email for the second interview on Feb 7th, interviewed on the 13th.

    I submitted it twice, better safe than sorry I guess. I also thought that maybe the first submission is for general graduate admissions and the second one goes to Peter Stark. I am not so sure, but I doubt we will be docked points for duplicate data.

    For the first page I simply wrote an essay that alluded to each of those questions and not necessarily in any order. I don't think there is a preferred format.

    Where from in India, I am from Delhi (born in Siliguri, WB). You are flying all the way in for just the interview, that's intense man ! We should catch up when you are here. There's no dress code for the interview, I asked and they said just whatever you are comfortable in.
