If I am not wrong, I read this in both articles that Chris was kind enough to publish (How to get into AFI and USC). These are the admissions committee interview articles.
They always push on the fact that they, including USC as well, use a thirdparty software because of which the views don't reflect. I don't understand, but that's just how it is.
