As far as I know, Columbia interviews every student they accept / waitlist. Unfortunately, if you weren't asked to interview by this point, you should probably prepare yourself for a rejection letter :(
Today is the last interview day for screenwriting/directing applicants... sigh.
Now we have another 2 weeks or so to go before we hear back.
Side note: I wonder why there are so few screenwriting/directing students on this forum.
I have to say I really like UCLA's model of interviewing. I could tell that the cared most about finding out who I am as a person, my views about the world and my creative influences. It felt relaxed. It says a lot about the program and the kinds of professors who shape it. I'd be thrilled to...
I was also waitlisted and offered admission for the spring semester. Does everybody at usc look at spring semester students as being second fiddle?
Also what are scholarships and financial aid like for spring semester students?
