    Catherine Dillet: The emails mostly go out by mid-Feb I think. Last year I got the email for the second interview on Feb 7th, interviewed on the 13th.

    I submitted it twice, better safe than sorry I guess. I also thought that maybe the first submission is for general graduate admissions and the second one goes to Peter Stark. I am not so sure, but I doubt we will be docked points for duplicate data.

    You should try calling them. They interview till Nov 29 (Dec 1 is the application due date) http://cinema.usc.edu/producing/procedures.cfm#elements Mostly interview slots fill up early, but there's no harm in trying. They even do skype interviews.
