Where do I have a chance..?
Unfortunately I don't know that USC and UCLA are viable possibilities, but I know one kid that got into NYU with a 3.1/1900, and one that got in a GPA around 3.0, but I believe a 35 ACT, so if I were you I wouldn't count anything out.
