    I asked admissions about the length of the personal statement and they said the average is 2 - 4 pages. With regards to the deadline, everything seems to point to having stuff in before or on December 1.

    I met with Peter from admissions at Tisch...and he said that you can apply to both programs. Apparently they didn't like that before, but now it's ok.

    Thanks, but I'm talking about the visual submission, not the writing sample. I wrote the sitcom pilot which was then shot. It probably doesn't matter, but I just wanted to clear that up.

    Hi there. Last year I applied for the 2009 AFI cinematography program and did not get accepted. I heard from some Fellows that it might be possible to get some feedback as to why I didn't get in.
