    by the way, @granados_1111 they told me at the interview that international students make up around 50% of a class. So that's something that is positive for us

    Umm... I've been doing the math for quite sometime now... lol. Well.... as far as I know they accept around 48 students. So my guess is (and its only a guess), they interview somewhere between 72 and 96 students. Basing this on one thing only... the number of days interviews were held. first day...

    Thank you @WriterGirl that was very helpful. I have mine coming up in about 10days. Hope you get in. By the way, i think in the they are interviewing the writers now in SCR/DIR dept. Directors would start from next week if I'm not mistaken. Then again, it could only be the writers posting here :/

    @Paul J. Well... Tisch takes in 24, USC also takes something close to that. Some other schools take in around 30. Just a general observation, you are welcome to look it up if you want. :)

    Any idea on how many students are interviewed at Columbia? They are going to take 48 students which is a lot more than other schools. So, my guess is around 70-72 students are selected for an interview initially. Just trying to figure out the odds.

    @katavi08 Oh... are you sure? I've always gotten the feeling that maybe they have some sort of ranking system, and that's how they send out notifications and interview dates. I'm probably wrong though. Would like to know what process they follow.
