yeah. its a bargain education. one of the best film schools in the country for such a low tuition. although i do think it is more for out of state people... you may want to declare residence in ca... or who knows? maybe its still not that expensive.
well, you do need to submit a portfolio, but not of work that youve already done. basically what it is: they have a short answer part, an essay part and then they have a photo submission part, where you submit 12 photos that tell a story- and then a 3 liner about the story. most respected film...
