    Attending (Off Waitlist w/o Interview) Bachelor of Arts: Screen Production 2026

    Smooth, some issues with the application page not registering uploads and preventing me from moving forward with the application. Proving completion of Year 12 was difficult as my education certificate came late in the mail. AFTRS was helpful and lenient with this issue and it was easily resolved.

    Admitted (w/o Interview) AFTRS (Aus Nat Film School) BA Screen Production

    Just put my application - videohistory-showreel and short script in early October 24 and got told I was on waitlist a month later and admitted half way through December. Australian undergrad course is undifferenciated. Everyone does the same courses first year have a bit more options second year...

    Does anyone have experience with Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS)?

    Now that AFTRS in Sydney do allow international students for their MA program, I wondered whether there was anyone who could provide any experience they’ve had with the school? How does this rank globally and is it worth considering amongst e.g. the NFTS?
