I'm really torn between the two, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
USC= great reputation, industry connections, best facilities/education... over $130 k debt at the end.
FSU= Not as good of a rep, but good, bad location, done in two years (awesome!)- potentially under $40k in debt...
Hi JKL-
Have you/ are you taking on a lot of debt to attend USC? Are there ways for students to get out of there with a minimal amount of debt? Scholarships? Fellowships? T.A. ing? What are you finding is the typical way that students are handling the price tag of USC? Thanks!
These are my schools (all directing/production focus):
USC- accepted
UCLA- waitlisted
FSU- interviewed (haven't heard yet)
SFSU- accepted
CCA- accepted
U. of New Orleans- accepted
I haven't heard anything about money yet from any of them. Has anyone else? How do you make a decision like...
How did it go @Angela199119?
What kinds of things did they ask? What was the group session like? Any way I can prepare? (mine is this weekend.. yikes!)
I just called the office and was given the "your application is out to committee" line as well. I asked the woman who answered if all of the acceptances have been sent out, so "out to committee" means wait listed or denied. She said no, some acceptances just haven't gone out yet. She sounded...
Oh, and same question to you, @keitasung. Do you remember who interviewed you? Actually, I suppose that question applies to everyone who's been interviewed already.
Thanks!
