Recently I've been looking at the London Film school. Kindy pricey at $50,000 + London living expenses. However it offers an MA and the chance to shoot at least four short 35mm films. Here's the URL: http://www.lfs.org.uk/

Austin is a great town and I've heard amazing things about the UT film school. It's also a huge center of artistic activity in TX.
NYC's reputation speaks for itself on being a cultural center and from what I've heard it's probably the best film school.
