CalArts vs Ringling vs SCAD

I'm currently a Junior in High School, and of my list of 20 or so schools that I'll be applying to in the fall, these are my top 3

Cal Arts in first place, although I see it as a reach with my 3.00 GPA
Ringling, close behind and a nobel 2nd place
SCAD as an OK 3rd

What are your opinions on the Film programs at these schools? What about the schools in general?

Calarts doesn't even look at your GPA. It's only there as a formality.

Everything comes down to the quality of your portfolio and essay.
