Hello Screenwriters and MFA seekers!

The Hollins MFA Screenwriting program is seeking talented candidates for our fall 2026 cohort.

HGSP faculty consist of working film and TV writers, industry insiders and accomplished veteran producers. Our curriculum emphasizes revisions as an integral part of the craft and all candidates must take the Producers Track, which prepares students for the practical realities of the industry--not as it was 10 years ago, not as it was 5 years ago, but as it exists right now. The HGSP also offers an incredible set of top-talent guest speakers each year and, as a primarily online program, there are no relocation costs. Tuition is about 1/4-1/3 the price of other elite programs. Accepting applications (FREE to apply!) through AUG 15th. 2026.

The goal is not a file of first drafts-it's a body of submission ready work.
