Just curious to know how is everyone coping with "waiting for the result" anxiety ?
Sharing my strategy
1. Lifestyle - Good sleep, limited social media, exercise and good food.
2. Writing to all the film schools I have applied to ask them the result date and if there is an interview before or not.
3. Practising gratitude for the current film project I have
4. Assuring myself that a potential rejection doesn't define me or my current filmmaking skills.
5. Planning for a documentary I would make if I don't get into any college of my preference.
6. Taking therapy when needed.
7. Practising Nichiren Buddhism.
