Columbia Film School MFA Applicants 2026 (1 Viewer)

Personally I’m assuming for the sake of my own sanity that everything coming out will be rejects, but for what it’s worth, I went to their financial aid webinar and they said that everyone admitted who applied for scholarship will get something no matter what

Then I think that they have only sent that zoom link to top admits because I fail to believe that Eric has enough time to personally call 60 of us and there is no other available news on admission notifications for S&D. No waitlist notifications and no regular acceptances as well so all we can do is cross our fingers and hope for the best!

This was Columbia's response to my check-in.

Admitted students day for the SOA was on Saturday. It's possible faculty were waiting to get some sort of information from the show out from that... just speculating. Tomorrow is also their initial commitment deadline, so possible they're waiting to see the results of that. In any case, I would be very surprised if everything doesn't come out by end of this week. (Though it's already surprising people are still waiting...)

Also, for clarity, there are 36 SW&D admits, 24 Creative Producing, and 12 WFFTV.
