    This application process was definitely the most intense of the schools I've applied to simply because of the writing sample. Other than that it was very easy to understand and fairly simple; it just took me a while to get this application done.

    I spent about 6 weeks on the application. Feeling pretty nervous about if I'll hear back, but I'm proud of what I accomplished! If I have any regrets it's that I wasn't able to submit any video except for one piece that I had written, but I did pleasantly surprise myself with what I wrote.

    It has been pretty smooth. The application did not require as much material as I expected, and that allowed me to be picky with the work that I am submitting. As an International student I had to also submit an English Proficiency test. The platform was very nicely built and everything was clear.

    The current students and faculty are so supportive and encouraging. Got a lot of insight and great tips from them! The application itself was straight forward and simple. Statement of Purpose, Statement of Pedagogy, and 25 pages of a feature screenplay. Fully funded + stipend apparently!

    The application process for USC went well. I believe they have a good variety of materials where you can show your potential as a screenwriter, but I do recommend starting as soon as possible and dedicating a reasonable amount of time into polishing each material.
