Ok, you convinced me. I was able to get a flight using miles so I am flying out this weekend for a couple days. I'm a little nervous about the person who was told at the interview that he wasn't accepted. I'd hate to fly across the country just to have them tell me I already wasn't accepted. I didn't get the feeling that they would meet with people often just to turn them down. I imagine that this person's work was great, and that they wanted to meet them and gauge it from there...and then figured it was best to let them know where they stood. Not a great technique, but I bet it was more out of confusion for them as well than it was out of malice or anything like that. You should ask them to set up a tour for you...I didn't do that and I wish I had. Good luck, and enjoy your trip!
