I need to buy a new Mac....

Currently for work I'm using an old Mac Mini M1 with 8gbs of RAM with two 27inch monitors and I remote into the edit system (that's running Avid) using Jump Desktop. It has been working just fine for 5 or 6 years but now the low RAM is becoming a major PITA and I'm getting out of memory errors all the time. Forget about using Media Composer locally lol.

I'm thinking of getting the Mac Mini M4 Pro with a good amount of RAM... at least 48 maybe 64. The problem is if I boost the RAM and storage enough it gets into Mac Studio range. Sigh. First world problems I know... and Apple has demonically mastered price laddering. Sigh.

What is everyone else's setup if you're editing? Mac Studio seems like total overkill for my needs but they're nice.
