Hi guys,
I originally was drawn to NFTS’ VFX courses, coming from an animation background, this is something I’ve wanted to explore more and I’ve done so independently but then saw that they had an editing course.
Editing is something I’m passionate about, even more so than my animation degree and VFX but i have no experience professionally editing, and I’m nervous to pivot from the path I’d been leading myself into for years.
Is it worth waiting a few years to get some more industry experience before I even consider applying for an MA for either? Graduating soon has me feeling like I’m running out of time but I don’t want to rush myself into anything.
Wonder if taking a year to figure out what I really wanna do in life is best…
Either way, I’ll be attending the open day this Saturday to get a proper insight of the courses.
Anyone else thinking of applying/attending the open day?
