No scholarship for me. Wah wah wah. I think the only two other scholarships of which I am aware is the Sloan scholarship and the Canva scholarship. Unclear how the latter is awarded.

Congrats! So you just got off the waitlist this past Wednesday, March 1? I'm waitlisted for producing and even though I got accepted to my number 2 choice, I'm definitely hoping to get off the waitlist for AFI. Curious when/if they'll roll out official rejections just so I can stop getting my hopes up LOL.

yes i did! they sent me an email around 5pm letting me know they selected me to be admitted off the waitlist. i didn’t get funding though.

i’m pretty sure the waitlist goes through the summer, so worst case scenario i would accept your offer, pay the deposit, and if you get off the waitlist before tuition is due at your 2nd choice then you can make a decision.

Just declined my offer from AFI for Producing, so hopefully the waitlist will move soon! I will be attending Columbia's Creative Producing program instead because AFI was unable to offer me aid. Good luck to those on the waitlist

Hi! I got off the waitlist and declined my offer so the list should be moving. I’m pretty sure they look at the waitlisted producing candidates and reevaluate to decide who is admitted. I attended admitted students day and am happy to talk more if you want to dm me!
