hey i was wondering what would be better to get into the industry (as quickly as possible).and stay there!

If you went to a film school oh just went straight into a internship kind of thing.? which would put you in the industry? because i hear no matter how good of a film college you go to you still have to get your name out there! but if you fo straight into a internship would you learn as you go or what? please and thank you for all your help:)

Gabriel, in terms of school and internships, it's an odd situation.
Nowadays most internships would require that you receive school credit because of insurance purposes. You can land yourself an internship without being in school, but those are much harder and probably still be unpaid. I can tell you that you can do school AND internship at the same time because I am doing so right now.
I am doing my masters (2nd year now) and doing an internship at a post production house at the same time.
infact, going to school will net you more chances at internships because film schools usually have special connections with big industries. I know my classmates have internships from Lionsgate, Dreamworks, Comedy Central, CBS, Sony, etc etc. You can't go wrong with internships when you're at school, but if you're not going to school, finding an internship is more than a fulltime job.
I hope that helps.
