Which one do you prefer?

Hi, i am an animation graduate from India. Now, am planning to join for some international standard film studies esp. cinematography in US or Canada. Right now, am having a problem choosing the right collage for me. I had a big list when i started and it got shorter and shorter and I've got two colleges remaining. First one is UCLA (MFA Cinematography)and the other one is VFS (Film Production). I am stuck here. Which one should i prefer? And one more thing.. I've worked in two Indian Films as First Assistant Film Editor. So, am having a slight knowledge about the technical aspects of film making.
please help.. :) thanks
