Eve wrote us at Discord that they may be sending it soon, for us to keep an eye in our email boxes. In the Q&A they said it could take one or two weeks after the first offers have been sent. They are still sending offers, though. So, I guess we will be hearing something between the next 10-15 days. Oh, the agony!

Hi, guys, could I ask for some suggestions? Do you think if i could still apply for Calarts fall 2021 now since that Calarts is admitting students on a rolling basis? I think I may need to give up and apply for the fall 2022 because it is too late for 2021, but i am really indecisive.

Hey Alana, I applied for it last week. Exchanged some e-mails with the admissions councillor and she told they were still accepting applications (this was on Monday or Tuesday). I'd give it a go if I were you, but I don't think they'll keep admissions open for long.

If you could update your application with all the important notification dates, your final status (accepted, rejected, off waitlist, attending... etc), how much scholarship money was awarded (if any), your undergraduate degree, GPA, test scores etc that would be AWESOME and very helpful to the site's members. If you could update your application with examples of your submitted material that would be even more awesome.

I can’t find a thread for CalArts Directing 2022 so I’m posting here. When you submit the application did it tell you to upload an optional self-introduction video? I wasn’t sure what that is since it wasn’t part of the requirement for Directing MFA.
