Congrats!! I'm waiting on the result for Screenwriting & Directing.
Hey! When will the notifications for S&D start coming in? Does anyone have an idea?
Going by last years applications, I’m assuming March 25th-26th?
All quiet still for screenwriting and directing
I followed up with admissions. They said all decisions should roll out before end of next week.
Just curious, has Columbia ever rejected applicants AFTER being interviewed? Or is it usually acceptance/waitlist?

An interview certainly does not guarantee admission unfortunately.
Have people been admitted without an interview? Specifically for screenwriting & directing
Stats for that in link above. But to answer, only 2 out of 519 are marked as admitted or waitlisted without interview and those are probably user error by the person logging their application. I think it's safe so say an interview is required. See out interview with Columbia here for more info:

I don't remember the names I was way too nervous, but they were two writer-directors, both very young, one man one lady.
