2006 eaaarly decision tisch

I keep passing the admissions lady in the hallway, and I can TELL she knows. You can see it in her eyes.

hey guys, how about an optimistic theory for the delay.....

our letters are so big and heavy (acceptances) that they take longer to deliver.

lol, just a nice thought to help get over this pain.

thats not true.. i live in new york and i havent heared.. the only people i know who have found out this week so far are the ones who got reffered to GSP

I didn't know what it was until today, but the long name for it is General Studies Program. They accept about 7% of those who apply, and you go into this core cirriculum and you work towards an Associates degree, if you have a 3.00 GPA after you complete it you can transfer to the department where you first applied.

So, basically you take a rigid schedule with some electives (which you would take like whatever the Film students were) and then when you are done with the program you can just transfer as long as you have a 3.0 GPA.

I am not sure, that is what I do not get about the program. I would say that you are more likely to be selected if your grades are low or something, since they have that 3.00 GPA bar, but I don't really know.
