How good of a portfolio or experience for CSULB

I'm an upcoming 3rd year student at a Community College and am hoping to apply to CSULB for their Fall 2014 semester.
I have some experience with making short videos. I wouldn't say short films because I've never made anything with an actual script and all, mainly things that deal with editing and more on the experimental side (montage-like video of people dancing (Bboying/breakdancing).
My YouTube channel just got partnered with RPM Networks/Makers Studios.
I don't have any internship or scrip-writing experience either.

Is there a chance I could make it into CSULB for their film program based on potential and what I've done so far?

YouTube.Com/User/BokChoiTV (The recent ones are my more better videos, you can somewhat see a progress.)

With the little time I have left, limited support from peers and all, would I be able to increase my chances any way? A short film is almost impossible for me to do with the little help I have, and the people who are willing to help have too little time or don't want to go with my ideas.

Please and thank you!
