Hello everyone,
I'm going to start writing an article with advice on how to get into film school. In doing research for it I'm going to interview various admissions departments at different film schools.
I'm thinking of asking the head of admissions the following questions:
- What do you look for in candidates?
- How do you weigh a prospective student's grades and SAT scores vs a students demo reel/portfolio? Can one make up for the other?
- What would be your advice for students that are interested in applying for your film program?
- How many applicants does your school get?
- What do you look for in portfolios/demo reels?
What questions would you like to have added to this list?
Best Regards,
Chris Wright
