Schools with minimum level of connection

hey,

I just want to find out what schools besides being great give students the opportunity to connect with people that could open doors in the future.

Schools to Consider:- FSU, School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), CalArts, etc.

Coming up with considerations of yours will be great too.

Actually, I do mean minimum...as in schools that have enough connections for one to have a foothold in the industry..

i would put fsu on max. as well as calarts

I am seriously wondering if going for SAIC is the best option because from what I hear it has one of the best film programs. Plus since I study in Illinois I think going to grad school in the same state would be great. So do you think it can provide individuals with connections? I mean I have not heard of students from that shchool winning awards neither have I heard of any notable alumni.
