Announcement Supporting Membership Pricing Increasing on May 1 for New Subscriptions - Lock in Current Rates Today

To continue expanding the exclusive tools, producing more in-depth interviews with admissions teams, and keeping FilmSchool.org completely ad-free and unbiased, Supporting Membership prices for new subscriptions will increase starting May 1st. The previous pricing no longer covers the growing costs of the value we're delivering and this adjustment will let us keep building better resources for everyone in the community. (such as the Scattergram and the new Keyword Alert tool)

Current Supporting Members: your rates will not change. Thank you for your continued support that makes everything on the site possible.

I think this all makes sense and this site is worth it. In the grand scheme of things tons of people pay about as much for their daily coffee as it costs for a full month of access to all of the incredible information this site provides. And, as we all hope to be paid artists after film school (etc etc), we should be supportive of you earning something for all of your hard work too.

The NEW Keyword Alerts feature has launched for Supporting Members!

If you are a Supporting Member and click on your user menu, there is now a Keyword Alerts link. On the Keyword Alerts page, you are able to create alerts and create a list of keywords so that every time a new post, application, article, review, blog, or comment on the site is posted that matches one of your keywords you'll be notified.

In the image above you can see that I've made alerts for keywords related to editing and to Boston University (my alma mater - film class of 1999)

You can be notified via alert, email, or both as well as set the intervals of the email digest you'll receive that lists the keywords that have been alerted.
