The majority of admissions decisions for Early Decision applicants will be mailed during the week of December 11th. Most everyone should receive their decision by the end of that week.
Early decision applicants should expect to begin receiving notification letters on December 15th. It is important to note that not all early decision applicants will be notified on this date. Notification for early decision students usually lasts until the 1st of January, though the majority of decisions are mailed prior to the University closing for winter-break on December 23rd.
Our office makes special arrangements to notify international applicants of our admissions decision. This includes, for the first time this year, notification via e-mail. ONLY APPLICANTS LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. SHOULD ANTICIPATE BEING NOTIFIED IN THIS WAY.
Notification of admissions decision are done by U.S. Postal Service only. Decisions are not released over the internet, telephone, or through an e-mail.
