CSULA mfa VS. pepperdine MFA screnwriting program

So need some advice. I got into CSULA screenwriting program and Pepperdines screenwriting program.
So pepperdine highlights:
-Private, 2 year program, In Maibu, 44 units and you graduate
cost is $71,000 roughly total( not a highlight)

CSULA highlights:
-Price is $17,900 total
- is 3 year program
70+ units to graduate
- not familiar with LA so don't know if area is ok.

Any advice of where to go? Im a very indecisive person. i am thinking CSULA just because of cost. id rather not be in debt for 15 years paying a loan from Pepperdine.Thank you for the feedback!!!!!
